Kept us updated from the time it went on assembly line all, when it came off and went for inspection then when it made it to the states so we could pick it up. I would like to share the experience we had with Great Canadian RV.
We purchased a New unit from Al and Victoria during the late summer. After getting it home and setting it up, we discovered an issue that was completely un-expected. What we thought to be a catastrophic failure of a component.
I immediately contacted Al and explained what had happen and without hesitation, Al asked how soon we could get it to them to correct the issue. The very next morning we received a call from Victoria explaining what had happen and how it would be remedied. It was corrected and repaired in a more than reasonable amount of time.

The bottom line is, Al, Victoria and the staff at Great Canadian RV conducted them selves in the upmost professional manor dealing with or concerns. We are greatly impressed and thankful we had the opportunity to be able to get a few weekend in before the end of season.
It truly is comforting to know there is still businesses willing and able to treat their customers (like family) as well as they do and beyond expectation.

Al was fantastic from the moment he responded to my inquiry about a trailer. We missed the opportunity on our first interest but Al worked with us until we found another unit that suited our needs and even help us with our old one (thanks again) .
Special thanks to Victoria for always smiling and greeting us for the final pick up.
Unfortunately, we had a few hiccups with the new trailer. But Rich and I think his name was Doug were patient with me while we waited on parts (like everywhere these days). They really deserve a high five.
I finally took out the new trailer and LOVE it.
We have one small manufacturer kink to work out (which is no fault of GCRV) but Rich wanted to get us on the road to enjoy some travel and family time.

We were having issues with our fridge not staying cold. We had a local person "fix" it but still wouldn't keep things cold. Contacted the service department and Rich tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone for about 45 minutes. When nothing helped we ended up bringing it down to them and we live about 90 minutes away. We left the trailer on a Tuesday and by Friday was called to day it was ready for pick up. Went camping 2 weeks later and the fridge kept things good and cold. Thank you so much.

So this is my third trip to GCRV! I had a problem with my BBQ and (we found out) the quick connect to the gas in the trailer. After a few hours of frustration, I grabbed my BBQ and hose hoping that I could plug into one of their trailers to eliminate the BBQ or hose being the problem. Rich could not have been more accommodating and let me try it. Discovered it was the connection on the trailer.

Back to GCRV for service. Completed earlier that expected and at a reasonable price (which is a rarity). Always professional and always fair and cheerful. I will always being my trailer to GCRV! (And I didn't buy my trailer here, but I wish I did..) Thanks again for your help and service!

I took possession today of my first RV. Every little concern, question I had, they came up with a solution. I felt like I really mattered. I had a storage issue and Al came to the rescue and my stress level vanished.

Cody walked me through my new addition and explained everything on operation, set up and everything in-between. When it came time to purchase any basics, his suggestions where spot on. (Thanks Cody, You know your stuff)

It will be properly winterized by them which is cheaper than any repair should you miss something. I spent many days as a small child and into my teenage years camping with my family. Lets see if those great times can be reignited thanks to all at Great Canadian RV!

If you're looking for a personal, professional place to buy an RV this is the place! Our first visit to the dealership came after chatting with a fellow camper about his Catalina Legacy RBS243 trailer. After looking up this model on the internet I was directed to this relatively nearby dealership. When we arrived to Great Canadian we were met by Al Robinson who basically spent the afternoon with us explaining how various trailers are constructed, what to look for and what to avoid. His pricing is fair and straightforward with absolutely no BS, gimmicks or extra costs.

Once we had sold our Jayco 17 we returned to the dealership and were introduced to Victoria who encouraged us to purchase the extended warranty ... a very good idea in hindsight as trailers have become quite complicated recently.

Our most recent visit was our inspection and our experience with the maintenance crew was superb. They brought a bowl of water for our dog as well as glasses of water for my wife and I, took the time to answer all of our questions and THREE of these workers descended on our anti-sway hitch and had it installed on our truck and trailer in under 30 minutes. Al came out to make sure everything was going smoothly and the entire experience was actually enjoyable!

I had ordered slide out covers through Great Canadian RV last year. They are knowledgeable and ensured I ordered the correct sizes. I picked them up but did not check for damages as the boxes were in perfect condition. My husband was going to install them as videos online indicated it was fairly simple. He then decided this year that we should just get a professional to install them as I did not want to make any mistakes that could cause future leaks in our RV. They did a great job with the installation! As it turns out, one of the toppers was damaged and required a new end cap. They were able to get a replacement cap within days which was appreciated but was disappointed that upon picking up our RV, I was charged for it ($40) which was never mentioned to me in any conversation I had with them. I also asked for installation pricing prior to having it done and just assumed it was fair pricing as they didn’t get back to me prior to doing the work. Just to advise future customers, the installation of two awnings cost me over $800 (one small and one large awning). Hope this helps others in their decision making.

Great experience with all involved in the purchase of our RV. We had been looking for the perfect RV for our family and the sales person took their time and did not rush us through the sale. I would, and have recommended Great Canadian RV to anyone looking for great service and a quality product.

My husband is a healthcare worker and my health is compromised. I reached out to Al and Stacey for help with a trailer for isolation. My request was met with the most unbelievable kindness and generosity imaginable!!! Through their kindness, Al and Stacey already had all of their units on loan, but somehow, through some magic we were connected with another kind and generous couple who agreed to lend us theirs. We are absolutely overwhelmed at the kindness and generosity!!!!

I understand that this is far from the first display of generosity from Al and Stacey, but this certainly is of a magnitude no one could have expected. Yet, they are really outstanding in their help to their community at large.

We did a lot of shopping around before we got our trailer from here, got the best price anywhere in Ontario including searching the web endlessly. Al and Stacy were great and Rich and the guys in service were excellent explaining the in’s and out’s of the trailer to us we would definitely recommend Great Canadian RV to anyone looking for a trailer and an enjoyable buying experience !!!

My needs were specials, I had to get an RV that I could enter my PWC SeaDoo inside with it's trailer, and be under 5000 lbs (That's the maximum I can tow with my 2017 Ford Explorer). After many search on the Internet, I only found one model that could possibly do the job but I needed measurements. Since no one here in Quebec had a Sunset Park Rush 21FC, I finally found one stock at Great Canadian RV, I asked over an email if it would be possible for them to measure it for me, gave them my Seadoo and Trailer specs, an they came back within 24 hours with it. I finally bought it. Thanks to every one especially Al who double the efforts to deliver really quickly.

My wife and I were very particular about what we wanted and, because of their selection, Stacey and Al had exactly what we were looking for. The purchase experience was stress free, and they were able to accommodate our delivery date request. Matt and his assistant delivered the new trailer and quickly had it set up, which I didn't expect because the unit is 39 feet long with 4 pop-outs. The walk through went very well and Matt answered all of our questions. About a week after the set-up, there were a couple of minor issues that we felt needed to be addressed and within a matter of hours Rich came over from Great Canadian RV and took care of them quickly. We love our trailer, and are very happy with the way the entire team from Great Canadian RV took care of us. I've been in many times since and I know if I need something for the trailer, they have it in stock, or can quickly get it for me.
