Starting in the kitchen, the Avenue 33 RKS features a Rear Kitchen Suite (RKS) layout, designed to maximize space and efficiency. The solid-surface countertops offer a sleek and durable cooking space with plenty of room to prepare meals. In addition to the large countertops, there are two stools located at the edge of the kitchen, perfect for a quick coffee break or casual dining. The kitchen is equipped with a 30-inch residential microwave above a three-burner cooktop and a large oven. This setup gives you the ability to cook a variety of meals, from everyday dishes to larger meals like a full roast or pizza. The soft-close cabinets are a thoughtful touch, with magnetic catches that keep everything secure while you're on the move.

Right next to the stove, there’s a deep stainless steel sink with a large window that faces the rear of the RV, offering a view of your campsite—perfect for those who love to be close to nature while preparing meals. Pull-down shades are available to block out the view when you prefer privacy. Next to the sink is a 16 cubic foot 12V refrigerator, which, when paired with the RV’s solar power and battery system, ensures your food stays cool even when you’re off the grid.

In the dinette area, you’ll find a comfortable four-person dinette with ample legroom—there are no pedestal supports to bump your knees on. The bench seat is movable, which allows it to double as an ottoman or additional seating, and it also provides hidden storage inside. For even more storage, you can lift up the seat cushions to reveal additional hidden compartments. The windows in this area are atrium-style and fully open, allowing for great airflow on cool evenings or when you want to air out the RV after cooking.

Moving into the living space, the Avenue 33 RKS is designed for cross-conversational seating, making it ideal for socializing. The sofa is a sleeper sofa, perfect for accommodating extra guests. If you’re relaxing solo, the recliner seat is a standout feature—it’s a wall-hugger recliner, so it reclines fully without taking up extra space, allowing you to stretch out comfortably without worrying about blocking walkways. Both seating options have convenient cup holders and hidden storage compartments for things like remotes or small items.

Above the sofa and recliner, there’s generous overhead storage, including soft-close cabinets and a nook with backlit LED lights. For charging devices, there’s a USB charging station with both USB-A and USB-C ports, plus 110V outlets for larger devices. Directly across from the seating area is the entertainment center, which includes a 50-inch TV mounted on a swivel arm for the best viewing angle. Below the TV is a Furrion soundbar, and there’s also a 5000 BTU electric fireplace that adds both ambiance and warmth to the room.

One unique feature of the Avenue 33 RKS is the coffee bar area just off the living space. This area is designed for quick breakfasts or enjoying a snack, with movable stools and additional hidden storage underneath. For pet owners, there’s even a hidden pet dish that swivels out when needed, offering a convenient place to feed or water your pets without taking up extra space.

The creature comforts in the Avenue 33 RKS are impressive as well. The RV is designed with residential-style can lights throughout, creating a bright and welcoming atmosphere. The flush-floor slides eliminate the risk of toe-stubbing, which is common in many RVs. And there’s no carpet throughout the RV, making cleaning up spills or dirt easy and quick. The direct dump AC vents are another upgrade, ensuring that cool air is distributed directly into the living area, offering 100% cooling efficiency and avoiding the loss of air that occurs in traditional RV roof vents.

The bathroom in the Avenue 33 RKS is spacious and functional. The shower measures a generous 30x50 inches, offering plenty of room to move around, and it’s enclosed with glass doors. The porcelain toilet has a soft-close lid, and there’s a shelf above it for storing toiletries or wet towels. In addition, there’s a medicine cabinet and plenty of under-sink storage, ensuring you have all the space you need for your bathroom essentials.

Moving into the bedroom, you’ll find a king-size bed with a queen-size option available if you prefer more room around the bed. There are USB ports and 110V outlets on both sides of the bed, perfect for charging devices overnight. Across from the bed, there’s a large dresser with hidden storage, as well as a bench seat that’s perfect for sitting while you get ready for the day. The closet is spacious and also includes a washer/dryer hookup—so if you want to add a washer and dryer down the road, the option is already there.

The exterior construction of the Avenue 33 RKS is built to last. The walls are made with a composite material called Asel, which resists water absorption and helps prevent delamination. The floor is also made from composite material, providing lightweight durability and excellent insulation properties. For the roof, Alliance RV uses a PVC membrane, which comes with a lifetime warranty. If you ever happen to snag a branch while backing in, you can easily patch it with PVC cement, which is a huge convenience.

Up top, the Avenue 33 RKS comes standard with a 320-watt solar panel and has the option to add more solar panels or a battery for additional off-grid power. The RV has two air conditioners, each rated at 13,500 BTU, which are powerful enough to keep the interior cool on hot summer days. If you want even more cooling power, a third AC unit can be added to meet the needs of those extra-hot climates.

The pass-through storage is a standout feature, with optimally designed space that gives you plenty of room for all your gear. Inside, you’ll find three-way switches to control the awning and slides from outside, which is especially useful if you’re camping near trees or other obstacles. The area also features a motion-sensor light, which turns on automatically when you open the door—great for when your hands are full.

The RV’s performance running gear is another highlight, including a MORryde CR 300 suspension system, Goodyear Endurance tires, and Dexter leaf springs that provide a smooth, stable ride. The steel ladder at the rear is sturdy and can support a good amount of weight, and there’s a spray port for cleaning off gear after a hike. A hitch is also included, capable of handling 300 lbs vertically and 3,000 lbs for towing.

The outdoor entertainment area on the Avenue 33 RKS is perfect for those who love to entertain outside. There’s a built-in mini fridge for keeping drinks cool, a TV mount for watching your favorite shows, and ample prep space with 110V outlets for cooking appliances. The griddle is a standout feature, offering a versatile cooking surface for everything from burgers to pancakes, and it folds away neatly when not in use.

At the rear of the RV, you’ll find a backup camera prep, which allows you to choose your own system rather than being locked into one brand. The steel ladder at the back is sturdy enough to support heavy loads, and the spray port lets you wash off after a hike or a day of outdoor activities. There’s also a hitch for carrying bikes, extra gear, or towing small vehicles.

The front cap is fiberglass with an automotive paint finish for durability and a sleek appearance. It also features inverter prep, allowing you to add off-the-grid capabilities if you desire.

Lastly, the entry steps are equipped with a MorRyde Safety Rail that folds down for easy entry and exit, and there’s an additional fourth step to make stepping into the RV more comfortable. The steps are designed for ease of use and can be retracted easily, even if you’re carrying gear.
