The 2025 Alliance RV Avenue All-Access Series 23ML is a compact fifth-wheel trailer designed for both luxury and towability. Measuring approximately 27.92 feet in length, it offers a spacious interior suitable for extended travel. The 23ML model features a rear kitchen design, providing ample counter space and storage for meal preparation. Solid surface counter tops and stainless steel appliances complete this great space. This unit even has a pantry! The living area features a large sofa and a 50" TV. You'll sleep soundly in the queen size bed and you will also have an abundance of storage solutions. This unit is also prepped for a washer / dryer. The large bathroom features a shower, foot flush toilet, vanity, medicine cabinet and lots of storage for your all your essentials. The Avenue All-Access 23ML is built on a benchmark chassis, creating a space-saver upper deck for an expansive living area. The 101" wide-body construction enhances interior space, while Azdel composite sidewalls and a fully walkable PVC roof offer extreme durability and low-maintenance convenience. Equipped with an outdoor griddle/grill and a mini-fridge this 5th wheel checks all the boxes.
